    • Share your Planning Center Services with our team.
    • Send us your Lead/Chord Charts with any notes about how you want your songs arranged.
    • Send us a list of the songs or notes you have in a word doc.
    • Need to share it another way, no problem, lets grab a call and see the best way for you to share your service plan with us.

We Build: Based on the information from you that we received, we prepare your ProPresenter file—worship, sermon, and media organized. [Depending On Your Plan]

    • Our normal flow is to prepare your rehearsal files for your Tuesday/Wednesday for your Rehearsals Midweek and then we prepare your final service flows and add in sermon notes on Thursday or Friday for the week.

AT YOUR MIDWEEK REHEARSAL, you rehearse and prepare for your service with your team. If you have any changes you want to make to the way you want the music to flow, you can let us know or send us a recording track of your rehearsal, and our team will make any changes you need. This allows you to even rehearse without your Presenter team there if you need to, as we can arrange based on your notes and arrangement map.

SUBMIT ANY NOTES VIA OUR EASY FORM. Our team will review any changes and prepare those for Sunday.

QA PASS for lyrics, scriptures, layouts, and cues

SCHEDULE ONBOARDING MEETING (30-45 min): We confirm your ProPresenter version, load the software onto your machine to see it, and connect you to a Dropbox folder for your church.

CAPTURE YOUR PROPRESENTER SETUP Our team will grab your files over an 8-hour period (based on your internet and the amount of data to transfer) and capture your church settings.
