Step 2: Build Your Rehearsal File
We Build: Based on the information from you that we received, we prepare your ProPresenter file—worship, sermon, and media organized. [Depending On Your Plan]

- Our normal flow is to prepare your rehearsal files for your Tuesday/Wednesday for your Rehearsals Midweek and then we prepare your final service flows and add in sermon notes on Thursday or Friday for the week.
Step 3: Rehearse
AT YOUR MIDWEEK REHEARSAL, you rehearse and prepare for your service with your team. If you have any changes you want to make to the way you want the music to flow, you can let us know or send us a recording track of your rehearsal, and our team will make any changes you need. This allows you to even rehearse without your Presenter team there if you need to, as we can arrange based on your notes and arrangement map.
SUBMIT ANY NOTES VIA OUR EASY FORM. Our team will review any changes and prepare those for Sunday.
Step 4: Final Check
QA PASS for lyrics, scriptures, layouts, and cues
Last-minute updates if needed [Up to Saturday Evening at 7PM]
